"We provide private team sports-specific training programs tailored to athletes' age, specific time of season, and sport. Our coaching roster includes multi national-level athletes including a lead strength & conditioning coach from Seneca College. Our goal is to ensure that all individuals associated with Cristini Athletics possess a high level of athletic acuity and proficiency in sports and human movement. By equipping young athletes with the necessary training, mentality, and therapy, we believe they will be well-prepared to seize opportunities and achieve higher levels of success."

 Techniques such as broad jumps, single leg hopping, and bounding to improve the lower bodies ability to produce force and explosively react and push off the ground.
